Hitch EH, EP, ER, EU
Version E of the Weber hitches are among the best-selling bicycle hitches on the market. Apart from their proven safety, the main reason for this is their unbeatable ease of use thanks to the patented bayonet locking system.
The EH, EP and ER hitch versions are special versions for specific requirements:
The EH hitch is for use on bikes with the Hebie rear kickstand type 661 with steel head.
The EP hitch is for use on bikes with a Pletscher-Comp kickstand.
The ER hitch is for mounting on sliding Rohloff dropouts.
The EU hitch is for use with the special Ursus kickstand and Hebie rear kickstand FIX 663

EP hitch
This special version of the E hitch is suitable for use on bikes with Pletscher-Comp stands.

EP hitch mounting on the bike
The hitch is bolted to the frame tube from the inside, to the existing through holes of the Pletscher Comp stand (18 mm hole spacing). The fixing screws of the stand are replaced by the screws supplied.
Important note:
If attachments on the bicycle frame do not allow the EP hitch to be fitted, an intermediate piece (adapter) is available!
Technical data EP hitch
Suitable for unbraked and braked bicycle trailers for transporting loads and children. Only for slow pedelecs up to 25 km/h. Not approved for motorised use! Not to be used with carbon bikes or with carbon dropouts and carbon rear triangle.
