Shipping and payment terms

Fair shipping costs.

We deliver inexpensively with DHL, Hermes or GLS in an insured parcel.

Large parcels are dispatched by a forwarding agent.

You benefit from a flat-rate delivery charge: you pay a fixed delivery charge for each order. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages or subsequent deliveries, you only pay once.

Shipping is always subject to the following terms and conditions, regardless of payment method:

Within Germany (standard delivery time 5 working days)

8.50 EUR for small parts
21.00 EUR for size S trailers
30.00 EUR for size M or L trailers
90.00 EUR for size XL trailers

Surcharge for bulky goods 25 EUR (standard delivery time 10 working days)

Within the EU (standard delivery time 10 working days)

Payment information

Prepayment

If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending your order.

We will provide you with the bank details in this e-mail. Please make sure to state your order number in the reference field of the bank transfer. This is the only way we can allocate your payment.
As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately.
Please note that it can take between 2 and 4 working days for us to receive your payment, depending on the bank.

For international payments, this will take up to 5 working days.

Always pay for orders separately and quote the order number as the reason for payment so that the payment can be allocated correctly.
If we have not received your payment within 10 working days, your order will automatically be cancelled.

We charge a payment fee of 2.5 % on the purchase price.

With PayPal you can pay for your purchases simply, securely and quickly.

 With PayPal instalment payment, you can shop and pay in the way that suits you best - flexibly in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly instalments.
