Right of cancellation

Cancellation policy

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you,  other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the sample cancellation form (click here) provided by us, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to cancel the contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, quality and functionality.

End of the cancellation policy

The right of cancellation does not apply to distance selling contracts:

• the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and the production of which depends on the consumer's individual choice or specification or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements;
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
• in the case of used goods, the goods must be unused and in their original condition.
