Strap to secure your dog in the DoggyTourer,

Allows you to secure your dog when travelling in road traffic. The strap fits through the 2 belt loops built into the tub. We recommend that you always secure your dog in traffic. If a vehicle passes close by and the dog gets scared, nothing can happen! We do not secure our own dogs in the woods or meadows.

Please note that a dog should always lie down in the trailer and never stand or sit. A standing dog shifts the centre of gravity upwards. This can increase the risk of tipping when cornering!!!! People often think that the trailer is too small. The opposite is true, the dog should be able to turn in the trailer but not run around. We also recommend that you secure the dog with our safety straps. The eyelets are built into each trailer.
