Our DoggyTourer are made from a 1.5 mm thick aluminium tub. This tub is laser cut and the holes are pre-punched. The tub is then placed on a double-tube aluminium frame and bolted together. The fibreglass corner connectors now give the substructure its strength and also allow us to test our trailers with 100 kg payloads. Each of our trailers has elastomer suspension (damping) and independent wheel suspension. The 16" wheels are cross-spoked 36 times to withstand extreme loads. Wheels are fitted with industrial hubs with ball bearings instead of plain bearings. We offer a 25-year guarantee on our aluminium construction. The fabrics for our trailers are made in Germany and are subject to strict ÖKO Tex standards and quality. Our suppliers are checked annually for fabric quality and certification. We take care to ensure that our DoggyTourer are free of toxins, as we have built and tested the trailers for daily use. The DoggyTourer has a 7 mm carpet, also made in Germany. It is so strong that we can steam it off without damaging it. The trailer is waterproof up to a water column of 2500 mm, making it suitable for all-season use. We buy in Germany, our suppliers manufacture in Germany, and we manufacture exclusively in Germany.

Ich bin ganz begeistert vom Marley,
man merkt überall, dass dort Hirnschmalz von jemandem drinsteckt, der weiß worauf es ankommt. Er ist super leicht und selbsterklärend in der Handhabung.
Wenn wir mit der Anhängerfunktion mal unterwegs waren, gebe ich mal auf facebook ein feedback.
Ich werd zwischenzeitlich noch einige eurer Videos anschauen und vllt mal Fragen stellen.

Der DoggyTourer ist meiner Meinung nach das Beste was derzeit auf dem Markt befindet.
Der Hänger ist von der Qualität unschlagbar hier merkt man das von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung alles genau durchdacht ist. Ein besonderes Lob bekommen Frau Cornelsen und Herr Arnold die immer ein offenes Ohr, von Bestellung bis Lieferung und Montage , haben.
Hier wird der Service noch groß geschrieben und nicht an ein Callcenter abgegeben.

Wasn't to sure if my dogs would feel comfortable in this dog trailer,was i wrong,setting it up was really quick and easy
Quality wise ,it is really very well made the fabric is thick and i would say very durable..
each wheel,36psi recommended for the tyres,on a smooth surface is great but on a bumpier surface i would recommend 30 psi..
The valves on the tyres are Dunlop valves(so any pump with a Presta valve attachment will be perfect..
Connecting to a bike is pretty easy(just remove the quick release bracket put it through the supplied mount and back into the wheel tighten it up and that's it,connect to the trailer,very easy(attach the safety harness and your'e done..
My dogs together weigh 18 kg's,pulling them in the trailer is not noticable at all on a flat surface,on an incline you feel the extra weight but very minimal,there is a safty harness in the trailer,i added an extra one so everyone safe.
Dogs loved it from the moment i started ridingno need for extra padding..And there is a flag that comes with it for extra visibility..

Sehr zufrieden
Ich habe mir einen DoggyTourer gekauft, da ich wollte das auch meine Hunde Spaß am reisen haben. Wir haben den Anhänger noch nicht lange sind bis jetzt aber sehr zufrieden. Es gibt allerdings ein paar Kleinigkeiten die mich bei diesem Preis echt geärgert haben.
Die mitgelieferte Fahnenstange ist nicht teilbar, da mein Fahrradschuppen recht niedrig ist muss ich sie jedes Mal komplett rausziehen.
Außerdem ist nur das Schloss dabei welches die Deichsel an der Fahrradkupplung abschließt nicht aber das Schloss um die Deichsel am Anhänger zu befestigen. Schade das die zwei Schlösser nicht gleichschließend mitgeliefert werden.
Die Probefahrt musste leider verschoben werden, da keine Kupplung mitgeliefert wird. Die muss man extra bei Weber-Kupplung kaufen.
Mit der Verarbeitung bin ich sehr zufrieden, habe keine scharfen Kanten oder der gleichen gefunden. Deshalb gebe ich volle Punktzahl, auch wenn ich mich sehr ärgere, dass ich noch ca. 100€ für Kupplung, Schloss und neue Fahnenstange drauflegen musste.
Qualitätsprodukt
Der Doggytourer ist seinen Preis absolut wert! Der Anhänger ist super verarbeitet und stabil. Man kann ihn schon fast intuitiv ohne Anleitung aufbauen (obwohl natürlich eine Beschreibung dabei ist). Er lässt sich ganz leicht am Fahrrad befestigen. Die Größe L ist für meine beiden Hunde (Mittel- und Zwergschnauzer) genau richtig.
Leider konnte ich ihn wetterbedingt noch nicht draußen ausprobieren, aber da meine Hunde noch nie in einem Fahrradanhänger gesessen haben, ist sowieso eine ruhige Eingewöhnungszeit wichtig, der Anhänger steht also erst mal in der Wohnung. Da fällt neben der guten Verarbeitung übrigens auch auf, dass der Anhänger wirklich überhaupt nicht nach Kunststoff oder Chemikalien riecht.
Sehr nett war auch der Kontakt zum Shop. Die angesagte Lieferzeit wurde genau eingehalten. Abwicklung, Lieferung usw. waren super.
Ich freue mich schon auf den praktischen Einsatz.
Eine Zusatzinfo, falls das jemanden interessiert: Der Anhänger hängt bei mir an einem Kompaktrad mit kleinen Rädern (ich glaube 20 Zoll), das klappt super. Der Anhänger steht nur ganz leicht schräg, was überhaupt nicht stört.
